Job Title: Marketing Director

Location: Toronto

The Role

We are seeking a passionate marketer with excellent knowledge of the digital and technology landscape. The Marketing Manager will be responsible to develop and ensure the execution of the CX Interactive marketing plan. You will be accountable for driving qualified leads to the sales and account teams, positioning CX as an industry thought leader, as well a managing all web sites, social media properties, marketing assets, events, collateral materials, and relationships with our key partners and channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the CX Interactive management team, led by the Managing Director, continually develop, maintain, and implement the marketing plan
  • Manage lead generation programs to support selected target markets
  • Seek opportunities to communicate and promote marketing opportunities, events, and resources within CX Interactive
  • Ensures that the web site is constantly refreshed and updated with information, examples, case studies, biographies, etc.
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of a current digital library of the agency’s best work
  • Identifies and coordinates online advertising opportunities on appropriate websites, blogs, etc.
  • Helps orchestrate the development of proposals, RFP responses and new business presentations.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events based on quarterly and annual initiatives
  • Central point of contact for all CX Interactive marketing initiatives and marketing communications
  • Build relationships and joint marketing opportunities with key partners

Requirements and Experience

  • 5+ year’s relevant business experience
  • Post-secondary degree in marketing
  • Marketing within a professional services environment an asset. Interactive, technology and/or Marketing services desired.
  • Demonstrable experience in relationship management, engagement or account management with close involvement in delivery of work and growing our service offering within the account.
